This newly built four building flex park, totaling 24,000 SF, was acquired with three in place tenants with ample upside in renewing at market rate and filling the remaining vacancies.
David & Anna Lee represented the buyer in this transaction and were able to secure the leasing of the park upon closing. Willard Flex Park was one of the buyer’s first acquisitions in the DFW market with a focus on multi-tenant flex buildings.
